Registered Behavior Technician- Daytime Hours (RBT)

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work in home or school environments with flexible hours and support for career growth. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in school environments Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA Data collection and session note submission Collaborate with peers and supervisors Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments Other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication The ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families Valid state identification card Reliable transportation Must pass a criminal background check RBT Certification (Required) Job Details Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Up to 25% travel In‑home, In‑person, School settings Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Paid maternity leave 6 legal holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Abtaba
