Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling, a trusted name in Fort Wayne, IN since 1969, is seeking a full-time Residential Plumber - Plumbing Technician to join our award-winning team. $1,500 Tool Allowance for Entry Level Employees or $5,000 sign on bonus for 2 Years of Experience!
Responsibilities
• Service and repair residential plumbing• Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to ensure safety and functionality
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current with industry best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-centered work environment
Qualifications
• Valid driver's license• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional demeanor and respect for customers and their property
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire for a long-term career
• Must be able to pass a Background, Driving, & Drug Screening
Compensation
$55,000–$85,000 per year (Hourly + Incentive Pay)
