Here's what you can expect:Patient volume: Lower than industry norms, our expectations are less than 13 patients per dayVisit structure: 1:1 patient careDocumentation: AI-supported documentation + Prompt EMR to reduce after-hours documentationSchedules: Predictable, thoughtfully built schedulesCollaboration: You'll work closely with Physical Therapists as part of a tight-knit care team, collaborating on treatment plans while having autonomy and managing your daily schedule and patient flowSupport staff: Exercise Specialists to support treatment flow so you can focus on providing the highest level of patient care.If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. That's part of the job design - not an afterthought.Mentorship & Professional Development:We are a teaching practice by design.
