Press Brake Operator

Pay: $22/hr. + $1 shift differential

Shift: Monday-Thursday (1:45pm to 1:45am); occasional overtime available

Summary:

Cannonball Recruiting is looking for a Press Brake Operator for a metal shop in York, PA. This is a very important position which requires being able to work independently.

Requirements:

Experienced working in a metal shop
Previous Press Brake operation experience
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
Ability to work independently; running the most important machine in the shop

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Mechanically inclined; knowledge of and ability to use tools
Read a tape measure and successfully perform general math skills
Operate a forklift; forklift certification or license is a plus
Assisting with inventory accuracy; log items made and ensure items are stored and labeled properly
Ability to use cutting machines for bend products; operate the sheer and bender to cut and bend products
