Phlebotomist

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for its Greensboro, NC location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient services in a clinical setting. The role operates Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm, with opportunities for growth and quarterly performance incentives.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all patient age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and related analyses
Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately and timely
Process billing information and collect patient payments as required
Prepare specimens for testing and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or equivalent certification
Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation
