Equipment Operator/Technician

Location: Three Rivers, TX Pay: $20–$22/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime) Schedule: 7 Days On, 7 Days Off Rotating Days and Nights R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Equipment Operator/Technician to support our Thermal Operations in Three Rivers, TX. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have experience with centrifuge and injection well operations, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The Job: Safely operate heavy equipment (Excavators, ADT’s, Wheel Loaders, Forklifts) for material handling. Perform daily or per-shift equipment cleaning, along with pre- and post-operation inspections and report any maintenance needs. Assist in thermal operations, including monitoring and controlling process levels, temperatures, pressures, and flows. Manage truck traffic and oversee the unloading of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks in designated pits. Assist with washouts of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks. On planned outages work as a team to deliver results. Meet deadlines on pending repairs to run out operations efficiently. Follow safety regulations and attend daily meetings. ✅ Requirements: Ability to learn quickly and work independently Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus! ️ What’s in It for You: $20–$22/hr.
