Creative Development Specialist, #39028
Riverside Personnel Services, Inc.
Description The Creative Development Specialist will work with the Marketing Director to develop content, campaigns and creative ideas that will strengthen the company's market position. Working in collaboration, this person will help to develop proposals, presentations, digital communications and brand initiatives while supporting performance tracking, social media reporting, and ongoing innovation across the department. Position Requires Bachelor's Degree preferred in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or Advertising/Communications. 5-7 years of design experience, preferably within a marketing, digital media, or branding department, and 3-5 years of project management experience within a creative team. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite.
