Sales Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: New York, NY (on-site) SCHEDULE: Full Time, 9am-6pm, Monday – Thursday in office, Friday remote Company Description: Established in 1986, CP Brands Group is a privately held family‑owned company with origins in infant/toddler apparel and accessories and has since expanded to larger children’s and adult sizes, as well as sleepwear for the entire family. CP Brands Group (formerly known as Cutie Pie Baby) is a wardrobe essential, with its products available in 60,000 stores globally. As a family‑owned business, our focus is on crafting playful and sophisticated prints on boutique‑style clothing, sleepwear, and accessories. Job Description: CP Brands Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Assistant, who will be responsible for preparing for customer meetings, writing detailed recaps after buyer meetings including next steps, and entering orders for buyers. This person would assist our salesman and interact with the sales, design, and sourcing teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to stay on top of deadlines. Candidate should be detail‑oriented, driven, responsible, and have great interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Take notes during market appointments – notate what’s selling vs not, trends, buyer comments on changes for each CAD, and design/sourcing teams follow ups Track vendor purchase orders, run and format ATS to send buyers Scheduling meetings and appointments Qualifications: Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word Strong organizational and time management skills Create and implement tracking systems to manage buyers requests #J-18808-Ljbffr
