Construction Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major VA Medical Center facility recapitalization program and manage design and construction activities onsite. Requirements: 10+ years of project management, design, engineering, or construction management experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check Preferred: PMP or CCM certification Medical facility construction experience on projects $30M+ Key Skills: Manage schedule, budget, risk, quality, and construction activities Coordinate with VA, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders Review designs, submittals, proposals, and cost estimates Lead project meetings and maintain documentation Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, or holidays Ability to work on active construction sites and in various weather conditions Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
