Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8
• Setting: Outpatient PT with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
