Growing together.If you reside in the state of NV, TX or AZ, you will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute as you take on some tough challenges.Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing inbound and outbound call center communications, ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-up interactionsBleeding disorder/alpha 1 patient case management with inbound and outbound calls to your dedicated patient population, managing monthly refills, and completing assessments for the patients according to performance guarantee standardsCollaborate with the following partners across Infusion pharmacy: pharmacists, sales, and nursing to ensure the patient is provided with an excellent coordinated effort of careDemonstrate the ability to actively listen to patients and ask appropriate questions to identify underlying issues that patient may have (i.e. Root Cause Analysis). Think outside the box to problem solveSupport the Benefit Verification team with processing test claims for patients to ensure clearance is obtained and patient order can be createdUnderstand internal and external factors that may drive patient questions - recent plan changes, call directing, weather emergenciesAbility to navigate multiple computer systems/programs/reference tools and quickly assist a patientEnsure proper documentation of all caller questions/issues all the way to resolutionAim for one call resolution with callerType and review orders/prescriptions when received to determine urgency, screen for accuracy, review claims processing status and reasons for claim rejectionOnboarding of new patients with high touch modelReasons To Consider Working For UnitedHealth GroupPut it all together - competitive base pay, a full and comprehensive benefit program, performance rewards, and a management team who demonstrates their commitment to your success. The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment.
