Aircraft Electrical/Avionics Technician, F-22 - Level 4 Jobs

Aircraft TechnicianWe are currently seeking a dedicated Aircraft technician to join our dynamic team, focusing on the F-22 aircraft. This position is located out of Langley Air Force Base, VA. This pivotal role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities. Some of the job requirements & responsibilities include but are not limited to:Service, repairs, and overhauls F-22 aircraft electrical systems to ensure airworthiness.Repair, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft electrical systems. Incorporate engineering changes.Replaces and repairs worn or damaged components.Adjust, repairs, and replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessoriesRead and interpret F-22 engineering drawings, technical manuals, electrical systems, understanding symbols, flags, and general notesIdentify aircraft locations by station, butt-line, and waterline as shown on engineering documentation and technical orders.Work typically requires a detailed understanding of the interrelationship of circuits.Perform such tasks as making circuit analyzes, and tracing relationships in signal flow.Use complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment.During periods of non electrical work, application of Low Observable material/SAS maintenance, or other TCTO's is required or such as directed.Work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean, FOD-free work area.What's In It For You: From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security. Position may also require extended work hours.Basic Qualifications: The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:Fighter Aircraft/Attack/Cargo/Utility Helicopters or similar aircraftAvionics/Electrical experience requiredPreviously awarded a 5 or 7 Skill level USAF AFSC, Navy NEC, or Marine MOS discipline rating or an equivalent Airframe and Power Plant, FAA certificateExperience with Maintenance Information Systems such as Electronic Maintenance Instructions, Aircraft Forms Documentation, and Supply Chain ManagementDesired Skills: The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:Aircraft Battle Damage Repair or Combat Logisitics Support Repair ExperiencePay Information: Full-Time Salary Range: $33.37 - $61.92 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
