About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor and record vital signs and health status of clients.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.

Administer medications and assist with mobility and transfers.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in North Carolina.

Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

Flexible schedule to meet clients' needs.
