Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Multiple Direct Support Professional (DSP) openings in Brooklyn, NY.

ProMed Staffing Resources is seeking Per-Diem Direct Support Professionals (DSP) across all five boroughs. This is an eight-hour shift in person position paying up to $19/hour. This is a Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM in person role - NO WEEKENDS. Apply today and unlock the possibilities!

We also have some full-time and part-time availabilities in Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island.

The DSP Responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living- includes bathing, feeding, toileting, showering, dressing patients
• MUST be comfortable with both high and low functioning patients
• Will accompany patients on Community Outings/ Community learning techniques
• Documentation is required for progress notes updates
• Care and Supervise patients
• Cleaning, changing linens, cooking, and organizing the home (as needed)

Successful candidates must have:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Covid Vaccine preferred
• 6 months + of experience caring for patients
