About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to spearhead its financial strategy and resource management. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a CPA, CMA, or advanced degree. A minimum of 10-15 years' of senior financial leadership experience is required, with a background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and institutional financial reporting. The role demands a proven track record in analyzing revenues, assessing financial risks, and recommending strategies for sustainability. Experience in compliance, audits, and a strong understanding of the financial environments in higher education or nonprofit sectors are also highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful leader, capable of turning financial analysis into practical direction, and will foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.
