Role Overview
Join a high-speed, air-conditioned manufacturing environment performing tig welding on carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe. This is a production-line welding role, focused on maintaining takt time, cycle time, and consistent weld qualitynot custom fabrication.
What You'll Do
- Tig weld black carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe (up to 8").
- Weld flanges, elbows, and compressor connections.
- Perform root, fill, and cap passes.
- Prep materials: grinding, beveling, cleaning.
- Maintain weld quality on a moving production line.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
What You Need
- Proven tig experience with carbon steel, stainless, and dissimilar metals.
- Strong pipe prep and fit-up skills.
- Ability to work fast while maintaining quality.
- Understanding of takt time / cycle time.
- Experience in production or line-based welding.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
