Your Role Awaits

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patients' conditions and create customized therapeutic plans that help them achieve their desired functional outcomes.
• Implement Therapeutic Modalities: Employ evidence-informed practices that bolster patients' fine motor skills, cognitive health, and daily living activities.
• Participate in Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded and thorough patient care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy methods that promote sustained progress and independence at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor patient development and modify therapy approaches as necessary, ensuring consistent progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education or relevant certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
