This role oversees multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities while delivering measurable business outcomes.The Program Manager partners closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives focused on service delivery, operational optimization, customer experience, and technology-enabled transformation. This role has ownership of program governance, financial oversight, third-party vendor management, and end-to-end execution of large initiatives. The Program Manager will oversee program timelines, budgets, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery and alignment with enterpriseobjectives. This role requires the ability to manage complex dependencies across teams, systems, and external partners while driving accountability and results. Responsibilities:Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives consisting of multiple interdependent projects.Define program strategy, roadmap, timelines, and success metrics aligned to businessobjectivesbytranslatingenterprise strategy into coordinated initiatives and execution plans.Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworksOversee program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and financial accountabilityManage third-party vendors and external partners, ensuring performance and delivery qualityDrive alignment across cross-functional teams (operations, technology, client service, business)Identifyand manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues, driving resolutionProvide executive-level status reporting and leadstakeholderand steering committee communicationsAccountable for achieving program-level business outcomes and valuerealization.Lead resource planning and prioritization across program workstreamsDrive operational improvements and scalable processes through program initiativesLead change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation and sustainmentRequirements:Required QualificationsProven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependenciesExperience owning program budgets, including forecasting and financial trackingDemonstrated success managing third-party vendors and external partnersStrong communicationskills with experience engaging senior leaders and executive stakeholdersAbility to drive alignment and influence across cross-functional teamsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience withprogram delivery frameworks(Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Ability tooperateeffectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supportingcomplexcall centerinitiativesExperienceutilizingprogram andproject management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platformsExperience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiativesInsurance industry or financial services experience preferredEducation and Experience:Required Qualifications5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, including experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects or programsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting insurance brokerage, client service, operations, or digital service delivery environmentsExperience preparing presentations and communications for senior leadership audiencesExperience supporting operational transformation, workflow optimization, or customer service initiativesPMP,PgMP, or similar certification preferred#LI-VM1Pay Details:The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
