The role of Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician ensures the functionality of the game systems, providing a safe and engaging environment for guests. Position Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities Maintain the functionality of game technology, ensuring all mechanisms and software operate properly. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues quickly and accurately. Work closely with venue staff to resolve technical problems and keep the guest experience positive. Document incidents, repairs, and maintenance activities in a timely manner. Support short‑term and ongoing troubleshooting of game or course issues. Qualifications 2+ years of technical support or maintenance experience. Proficiency with computer systems and PC hardware installations. Ability to learn and work with unique software and hardware supporting the game. Familiarity with technical documentation, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Knowledge of electronic circuitry and testing equipment. Practical electronics and mechanical skills. Experience using hand tools and small power tools. Guest‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask. Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays, and weekends; ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs. Must pass a post‑offer background check. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in a gaming or entertainment maintenance environment. Component‑level troubleshooting and complex issue resolution. Experience with small electronic and mechanical repairs. Knowledge of Ethernet data infrastructure. Soldering experience. Understanding of electromechanical devices such as linear actuators and small conveyor systems. Physical Demands Work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with occasional distractions. Regularly stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and twist for long periods. Read and write handwritten notes. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Navigate stairs, confined or crowded spaces, and dimly lit areas.
