Preferred Background & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (for SLP applicants)
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure; CFY supervision available for qualified candidates
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
• SLPAs must have appropriate state certification and experience in school settings is an asset
• Experience or interest in pediatric and K-12 populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Adaptable and positive approach to working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and school initiatives
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that celebrates student growth
