divh2Accounts Payable Representative/h2pIsola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring an Accounts Payable Representative at our Chandler, AZ location./ppPerforms a variety of routine and non-routine accounts payable functions, pre-close duties and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with standard procedures. Ensures that policies and processes are followed./pulliComplete three-way match for PO-related vendor invoices and enter into system for payment./liliIdentify three-way match issues and work with Purchasing team to resolve./liliEnsure non-PO related vendor invoices have appropriate approval and enter into system for payment./liliWork with plant locations to resolve non-PO issues/liliParticipate in month-end close by completing assigned monthly tasks/liliPrepare journal entries and complete balance sheet reconciliations/liliScan/attach invoices/liliSupport internal departments and plant locations regarding AP and assigned general ledger account inquiries/requests/liliPerforms other duties assigned by management as necessary./liliReconcile vendor statements to vendor balances/liliAssist with monitoring and managing AP Trade Clearing (Received Not Invoiced/Vouchered) account/li/ulpMeet all safety, quality, production and on-time metrics./ppIdentify opportunities to better leverage technology and/or process transactions more efficiently./ppStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership and communication skills./pulliNone/li/ululliAssociates degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred. Experience may be considered as a substitute in lieu of an Associates degree./liliExperience working with an ERP - required, SAP - preferred/li/ulp3 years Accounts Payable experience required/pp3 years General Accounting experience - preferred/ppExperience working with an ERP - required, SAP preferred/ppMust have general knowledge of chart of accounts and cost centers./ppAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. minimum of high school diploma./ppGood verbal and written skills; Microsoft Suite products; ability to handle all information with highest degree of confidentiality./ppMust be willing to adapt to change and be able to multi-task./ppMust have strong attention to detail; good organizational skills; meet goals and deadlines with short notice./ppAbility to identify and quickly resolve issues and errors/ppWork with cross-functional team members and at all levels within the organization./ppAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and work effectively/efficiently under pressure./p/div
