Lead Production Supervisor - 24/7 Ops

Jobot seeks a Production Supervisor at our Kansas City facility to lead daily manufacturing operations and oversee 25–35 hourly workers on rotating 12-hour shifts. You will drive safety, quality and cost performance while building capable teams and fostering continuous improvement.
