• Floating: Rare; within facility and scope as needed
• Locals Accepted: Yes (same rate)

Required Experience

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience

✅ Blood Bank experience required (primary work area)

✅ Travel experience required

• First-time travelers not accepted

❌ MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) not accepted

Holiday Expectations

If 1 major holiday falls during assignment:

• Must work that holiday

If 2 holidays fall:

• Must work both

If 3 holidays fall:

• Must work 2 of the 3 holidays

RTO Requirements

• Maximum 7 days RTO
• Must be submitted before submission
• No RTO changes after offer or start

Compliance Requirements

• Core compliance and labs within 48 hours of signing
• All compliance documents due before start date
• Non-billable modules completed during orientation
