•Schedule: 4-Day Work Week

•Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Otolaryngology, Surgical ENT, Audiology Collaboration

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
•Board Requirements: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
•DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS (as required)
•Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
•Board Status: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
•State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
•Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)
•Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
•Additional Requirements: Interest in collaborative, patient-centered care model

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in outpatient and surgical settings
•Perform ENT surgical procedures
•Collaborate with audiology and multidisciplinary care teams
•Maintain continuity of care through follow-ups and consults
•Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
