Overview Leading niche software company is hiring a Business Development rep for their Maryland team (in-office 3 days per week). Candidate must have least 6+ months of B2B sales, business development, or related experience (BDR or full-cycle sales). Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential. Responsibilities include driving business growth by prospecting and identifying potential clients, responding to inbound marketing inquiries, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives. Proven success in this role leads to a transition into a full sales position and home office.
