As a Sales Shift Lead , you'll help keep our dispensary running smoothly during your assigned shifts. You'll guide the sales team through busy days, ensure compliance with state and company regulations, and step in wherever needed to maintain efficient operations. From supporting team members to ensuring every customer leaves satisfied, you'll serve as both a leader and a hands‑on contributor. On a Typical Day, You Might Train and coach team members, helping them grow into confident, knowledgeable sales professionals Monitor sales transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service Lead by example by actively supporting the sales floor during peak hours Handle cash management responsibilities, returns, and register closings with precision Create and manage daily break schedules to ensure seamless shift coverage Delegate tasks, motivate your team, and foster a positive, accountable shift culture Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies We're seeking strong communicators and dependable leaders who balance professionalism with a people-first mindset. The ideal candidate is: A strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment Detail-oriented, with solid organizational and problem-solving skills Experienced in cannabis retail leadership (1+ year preferred) Confident in guiding, training, and motivating team members Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience every shift This role isn't just about overseeing a shift-it's about building your leadership foundation. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED At least one year of cannabis retail leadership experience preferred Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment Why Nirvana?
