Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians
• Handle complex cases requiring expert-level proficiency
• Perform diagnostic testing, complete pulmonary function tests (PFTs), and arterial blood gas (ABG) machine maintenance
• Conduct treadmill testing, hemodynamic monitoring, special procedures, and electronystagmography (ENGs)
• Teach and mentor other respiratory therapy staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Expert proficiency level in respiratory care
• Experience performing a full range of respiratory care modalities including diagnostic testing and special procedures
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex patient cases

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a teaching or mentorship capacity within a respiratory therapy department
• Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring and advanced diagnostic procedures
