Job Summary Position: Product Specialist Location: Toyota of Colorado Springs Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: 4-day week; Fridays and Saturdays required. Competitive Pay: $20.00 per hour. Application Deadline: 5/27/2026. Responsibilities Greet guests professionally and courteously in the showroom and respond to telephone or online inquiries. Engage guests in Toyota’s brand history and the latest vehicles, products, and technologies. Showcase outstanding knowledge through product and vehicle presentations. Assist guests in test driving vehicle(s). Troubleshoot vehicle technology features as needed. Ensure each vehicle meets all pre‑delivery requirements. Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that arise. Maintain current knowledge of all Toyota vehicles, products, and features by attending/reviewing product and training courses. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle. Customer service experience preferred.
