Ensure compliance with ethical and confidentiality requirements. Manage a high volume of consultations efficiently. Use case management systems to track leads. Coordinate with staff for case transfers. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active bar license in good standing. 1-4+ years of litigation or client-facing legal experience preferred. Strong issue-spotting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and listening abilities. Professional and empathetic demeanor. Organized with strong documentation habits.
