Market Sales Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Market Sales Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will drive market-level sales execution and help lead a high-performing team focused on territory growth and customer satisfaction. You will partner closely with distributors and key contacts to develop practical sales strategies, negotiate agreements, and support profitable business outcomes. The position also requires strong collaboration across the region to respond quickly to customer needs and uncover new opportunities for sales success. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $135,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve business objectives Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with business goals Present business proposals and negotiate agreements with key contacts and distributors Foster teamwork and collaboration across the team and region Respond quickly to customer needs and resolve issues effectively Manage distribution and conduct monthly meetings to drive results Identify and pursue innovative opportunities for territory success Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-10 years of industry experience Strong background in technical support and/or sales roles with proven sales achievement Experience managing and developing people preferred Knowledge of collision repair shop fundamentals for effective sales discussions Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Salesforce Benefits Health insurance coverage Company vehicle provided Paid time off for work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
