Quality Supervisor

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Full-Time Quality Supervisor for our client in Athens, Alabama.

Pay rate: $22.00

Shift: 2nd Shift 6 PM - 4 AM Monday - Friday

Location: Cullman, Alabama


Job Responsibilities


Supervise quality inspectors and coordinate daily assignments to meet production and customer requirements.
Ensure parts and finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Oversee inspections, sorting, containment, and rework activities.
Identify defects, document findings, and promptly communicate quality concerns to production and management.
Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Train employees on inspection procedures, work instructions, and proper use of measuring equipment.
Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and shift handoff documentation.
Monitor team performance, attendance, and compliance with safety and company policies.
Work with production teams to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
Support audits and ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.

Requirements:

• Prior leadership experience
• Ability to work OT
• Reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding that this is a working supervisor job, so you will be required to support inspectors on their inspections when not performing supervisory duties.
• Proficient with technology
