Analyst, Business Development, Gaming at AppLovin About the role The Business Development team acts as a strategic partner to mobile game and application developers, helping them scale and monetize their offerings. You will serve as a consultant to clients, using data insights and negotiation tactics to build long-term revenue partnerships. This position requires you to work from our Berlin office. Key facts Location: Berlin Engagement: Full-time Team: Business Development What you'll do Build and manage relationships with app developers to drive business growth. Apply data-driven strategies to implement AppLovin solutions that meet client marketing goals. Provide expert recommendations on our product suite tailored to specific client needs. Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand their development pipelines and strategic vision. Assist developers with advertising campaign performance, monetization setups, and account troubleshooting. Prioritize accounts, manage objections, and track the effectiveness of campaigns. Coordinate with internal technical and operations departments to resolve publisher queries. Monitor the mobile advertising market and maintain a view of the competitive landscape. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within consulting, investment banking, SaaS, or AdTech. Proven track record in client retention and business expansion. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and negotiation. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities. Proactive mindset with a focus on taking initiative. Professional fluency in English. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Nice to have Background in performance marketing or mobile advertising. Experience working at or founding a startup. Proficiency with complex data analysis or technical troubleshooting.
