Bindery OperatorA leading commercial printing manufacturer is seeking motivated individuals to join its bindery department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have experience operating machinery, and want to build a long-term career in print manufacturing. Training is available for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.Position SummaryLearn to operate and set up bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders. Make machine adjustments and monitor product quality throughout production runs. Work with the production team to meet daily output goals. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and maintain efficient production.
