Job Summary:

At Aspire of Pleasant Valley, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations

• Ensure continuity and consistency in the delivery of resident services

• Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote the facility

• Develop and implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction and experience

• Foster a climate of continuous improvement and professional growth among staff members

• Other duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

• IA NHA License

• No experience required, but 3 years as a Nursing Home Administrator is preferred

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, as well as Medicare and Medicaid requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A degree in healthcare, business, or related field is preferred
