As a Manager at Perkins Restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered to our valued guests. Responsibilities: Lead a team of restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive dining experience. Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting. Train and mentor employees on best practices for customer service and restaurant operations. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment for guests and staff. Requirements: Prior experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on customer service and team management. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of employees. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions to address operational challenges. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple aspects of restaurant operations. Reliable and dedicated to upholding high standards of customer service in every interaction.
