Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings Must be open to working 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm New graduates not accepted Assignment Details Shift hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Scheduled days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Open to a 4x10 schedule Two evenings per week may extend until 7:30pm EMR: Raintree Patient population includes spinal disorders, post-surgical conditions, shoulder impingement, impaired balance, and athletic injuries Three HealthStream modules will be assigned prior to start and must be completed prior to start Apply now and you will be contacted by a recruiter who will give you more information.
