Residential Programs Director

Aspire Health Alliance is seeking a Residential Director to oversee community-based residential sites for adults with mental illness and substance use issues. You will lead staff, ensure quality service delivery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This leadership role requires budgeting, regulatory compliance with DMH licensing, and the development of treatment plans.
