Our operations leaders are working managers who lead from the floor-supporting employees, supervising day-to-day cleaning operations, solving problems, and stepping in alongside their teams when needed. These positions play an integral role in our business , helping us deliver consistent service to our customers while building strong, dependable teams. Responsibilities
- Lead and support custodial employees while providing clear day-to-day coaching and direction
- Oversee cleaning quality and respond professionally to client or building service needs
- Work alongside the custodial team and take an active role in cleaning operations when needed
- Support overall building operations, including staffing coverage, employee training, supplies, equipment, and multi-site needs as assigned
- Previous commercial cleaning or custodial experience required
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently whileremaining actively involved in custodial operations
- Travel between assigned locations as needed
