LPN/RN Unit Manager The Greens at Gastonia – Gastonia, NC Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated LPN or RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team at The Greens at Gastonia, a recognized Great Place to Work for four consecutive years . As a Unit Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of your assigned unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care while supporting and mentoring nursing staff. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities on the unit Ensure care is delivered in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nurses and nursing assistants Maintain accurate clinical documentation Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license Current CPR certification Previous long-term care experience required Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Why Join Us?
