Perioperative Transition Team Registered Nurse (RN) - Pre-Op/PACUWe are currently seeking two experienced Registered Nurses to join our Perioperative Transition Team in Pre-Op/PACU. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients before and after surgical procedures.Job DetailsStart Date: 09/28 (ASAP)Duration: 13 weeksShift: Days/Evenings, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours eachOn-Call: 4-5 calls per 4-week period, including weekendsResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Perioperative Transition Team, your duties will include:Providing comprehensive care to patients in both Pre-Op and PACU settings.Monitoring patient progress and responding to their needs during the perioperative process.Assisting with patient education to ensure understanding of procedures and recovery processes.Collaborating with the surgical and nursing team to deliver safe and effective patient care.Participating in the development and implementation of patient care plans.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in Pre-Op and PACU, including pediatric experience.Experience in both Phase I & II recovery.Active RN license in the state of Hawaii.Certification in AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and AHA PALS.Requirements for OnboardingApplicants will need to provide the following documents during the onboarding process:Active RN LicensePersonal Health History Documentation (including immunizations)Two professional referencesBackground check results and employment verificationHealth and safety compliance formsIf you meet the above qualifications and are excited about the opportunity to enhance patient care in a perioperative setting, we encourage you to apply.Client Details City Honolulu State HI
