Are you energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with children? Join our fun, kid-friendly dental office as a Front Office Receptionist ! We're looking for a reliable, organized team member who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Check patients in and out efficiently.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service to both children and parents.
• Assist with daily front office operations and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Split shift 7-3, 12-7 every other day. Every other Friday 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
• Previous customer service or front office experience preferred.
• Dental or medical office experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
