Acute Care Registered Nurse Position
Full-Time | Sign-On Bonus | Comprehensive Benefits

MLR is thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's renowned healthcare team at a facility near Lincoln City, Oregon - an area known for its stunning scenery and abundant outdoor recreation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex and acute medical conditions.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop tailored care plans, and apply evidence-based interventions.
Administer medications and treatments accurately, following facility protocols and guidelines.
Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on acute conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in ICU or ER settings.
