Senior Director Customer Logistics

Ryder System is seeking a Senior Director Customer Logistics to lead multi-site logistics and transportation operations for key customers across North America. In this role, you will own strategy and execution for warehousing, distribution, and dedicated transportation, ensuring safety, service, and cost targets are consistently met. You will manage P&L, optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions, and leverage WMS/TMS and data analytics to drive continuous improvement. Partner closely with customer executives and internal teams to design innovative fleet and logistics solutions, lead senior operations leaders, and cultivate Ryder’s safety-first, performance-driven culture while mentoring talent for long-term growth.
