Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, implementing and evaluating care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records using EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Services.
• Assist in rapid response and code teams as needed, managing emergency situations effectively.
• Float within designated pods as required, ensuring seamless patient care across units.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington, oncology certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of oncology experience required.
• BLS certification required, OCN preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system required.
• Ability to manage a patient load of 5, providing care for adults with oncology and medical needs.
• Previous charge experience is helpful but not mandatory.
