**About the Role:**

As a **Caregiver (Assisted Living)**, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assisting with medication management and vital sign checks
* Encouraging socialization and engagement through activities and outings
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
* Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, honoring their unique needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning processes
• Support and mentor other caregivers to ensure a consistent and high level of care
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

**Requirements:**

* **Caregiver (Assisted Living)** certification or equivalent experience in a similar setting
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare-related field preferred
* Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record
