Product Operations Specialist II

You will report directly to the Air & Thermal Control Integrated Systems General Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona or Torrance, California location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will positively impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our product management operations, ensuring that the value propositions for our product and service offerings are well positioned within our targeted customer segments and are delivered on time to our key stakeholders. Responsibilities Support the execution of product offering strategies and initiatives to optimize product lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, customer & product support, supply chain operations or related roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to manage product initiatives effectively. Experience with product lifecycle management processes and best practices. We Value Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in a global organization and familiarity with aerospace industry standards. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a results‑oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
