Our organization, a multi-specialty private practice situated in Augusta, Georgia, is actively looking for general urologists to address the increasing demand in a large, underserved regional market.

This position is perfect for urologists who prioritize clinical independence, significant earning potential, and long-term stability in private practice without the constraints of hospital employment or academic responsibilities.

About the Practice

Our established and expanding private practice caters to approximately 800,000 individuals across 13 counties in Georgia and 5 counties in South Carolina within the Augusta area.

Our team comprises:

• 2 Urologists
• 9 Medical Oncologists
• 4 Gynecologic Oncologists
• 4 Radiation Oncologists
• 2 Rheumatologists
• 1 Plastic Surgeon
• 9 Advanced Practice Providers (including 2 Urology APPs)
• Oncology Pharmacist
• Over 240 team members across 6 locations

The need for private practice urology services in this area is on the rise due to an aging population, regional referral patterns, and limited competition.

Urology Practice Overview

• General urology with opportunities to pursue procedural or subspecialty interests
• A strong referral network from primary care and oncology professionals
• Streamlined clinic workflows supported by dedicated staff
• A modern, spacious 10,000-square-foot clinic equipped with ample exam rooms and facilities
• A single primary hospital partnership located 0.7 miles from the clinic

Partnership Track (Full-Time)

• Eligibility for full partnership after 2 years
• No buy-in or buy-out required
• Compensation during the initial 2 years typically ranges from mid-$400,000s to mid-$600,000s , based on productivity
• Compensation structure includes:
• A competitive base salary
• RVU-based incentive model
• Partners engage in profit-sharing , with total compensation potential exceeding $800,000
• Designed for urologists aiming for long-term careers in private practice and ownership alignment

Flexible Practice Track (Part-Time)

We also invite part-time urologists (2-4 days per week) who seek flexibility without corporate constraints.

These positions are particularly suitable for:

• Physicians with family commitments
• Those needing temporary relocation
• Individuals considering phased retirement or reduced schedules

• Fair and transparent compensation ($300,000 to >$500,000 based on productivity)
