QUALIFICATIONS: Experience * Commercial or Residential landscape experience preferred, but not required License or Certification * Valid Driver's License issued from state of employment required. Possible duties include, but are not limited to mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning * Safe operation of equipment, including : 21" and 36" mowers; power hedge shears; power shears; backpack blower; aerator * Basic understanding of Plant ID * Basic hand pruning skills * Basic skill in shearing shrubs and hedges * Operate all vehicles and equipment in accordance's with Monarch Safety Policy * Abide by Monarch code of conduct at all times * Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures Total Rewards At Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
