Manager, Entertainment Relations

Summary The Manager, Entertainment Relations is responsible for shaping and executing celebrity and editorial engagement strategy for Christian Dior Couture in New York. This role cultivates high-level relationships with talent, stylists, and media to drive brand visibility and secure prominent placements across entertainment and editorial platforms. The Manager oversees celebrity stylings, product logistics for editorial shoots, and contributes to strategic reporting and planning. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for celebrity and VIP product placement, endorsements, and ambassadorships. Cultivate and maintain relationships with A-list celebrities, stylists, agents, and management teams. Lead and oversee celebrity stylings, fittings, appearances, and coordination of product loans and editorial shoots. Negotiate and manage logistics for shipping, receiving, and tracking high-value samples. Produce monthly reports, seasonal recaps, and competitive analyses to inform strategy and KPIs. Maintain showroom and digital and physical records; mentor and potentially supervise junior team members. Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in high-end fashion public relations with significant focus on entertainment relations. Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with celebrities, stylists, and top-tier media; strong negotiation skills. Exceptional communication, organizational skills, discretion, and ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
