We're looking for a friendly, organized, and people-focused Patient Services Team Member to help create exceptional experiences for our patients from their first phone call through their treatment journey. Whether you're experienced in a dental office or looking to start a rewarding new career, we're willing to train the right person who shares our commitment to outstanding service and teamwork.

We're not your typical dental office. For generations, we've cared for Madison, WI, families by building lasting relationships and putting patients first. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and being part of a supportive, close-knit team.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and help patients schedule appointments
• Maintain an efficient and organized schedule
• Help patients understand treatment, insurance, and financial options
• Coordinate with clinical team members to support patient care
• Follow up with patients and help keep treatment plans on track
• Deliver an exceptional experience at every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others
• Dental experience is a plus, but not required
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
